Each MRLM bag is entirely handmade and undergoes very rigorous quality control before leaving our workshop. For this reason, order preparation can take up to 7 days after purchase. Once shipped, the bag usually arrives within 2/3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number by email to follow its journey. 2. How do I care for my MRLM leather bag?
To ensure your bag retains its beauty and durability, it is important to keep it away from excessive humidity and direct heat. A soft, dry cloth is sufficient for daily cleaning, and you can use a suitable leather care product to nourish the leather from time to time, especially if it is natural. When not in use, store it in its dust bag to protect it and preserve its suppleness. With these simple steps, your MRLM bag will maintain its radiance for many years.
3. What should I do if my product is damaged?
If your bag has a defect or damage, please contact our after-sales service at mrlmshop323@gmail.com as soon as possible, attaching a few photos of the problem. This will allow us to assess the situation and check if the problem is covered by the three-year warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace your item free of charge so that you can fully enjoy your MRLM creation.
4. How do we make your bags?
Each MRLM bag is a unique handcrafted creation. We carefully select the leathers and materials, often with vegetable tanning, then each piece is cut, sewn, and assembled entirely by hand. Every step is controlled to ensure that the bag is durable and perfectly finished. Some pieces are custom-made or in very limited editions, which guarantees their exclusivity and exceptional quality.
5. Can I exchange or return my bag?
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item and request a refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. After this period, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund or a credit note. For more details, please consult the returns and exchanges section on our website.
6. How long does the MRLM warranty last?
All MRLM products come with a three-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or material faults. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or natural wear and tear. Should a problem arise, simply contact our After-Sales Service and we will repair or replace your item free of charge.
7. Where does MRLM source its leathers from?
All MRLM leathers are carefully sourced in Europe from tanneries that adhere to high standards of quality and ethics. For exotic leathers, we only use salvaged leather scraps from the leather goods industry to reduce waste and limit our environmental impact. Each MRLM bag is thus designed with respect for craftsmanship and sustainability, prioritizing quality and responsible materials.
